Could you describe more about your problem? Some screenshots are good too.
None of the buttons work, and the layout is all weird. I think it could possibly be a jquery related problem.
So could you send us your site url, admin account and FTP account? We would like to check problem on your site.

We checked and could see in admin, you did not insert library jpanelmenu but still call js so error appeared. You could take a look at file /public_html/sites/all/modules/jpanelmenu/jpanelmenu.module

I just looked and it is actually there in sites/all/libraries/jpanelmenu
i also only use this library for mobile if that makes any difference.
i have the same issue with the latest one md_slider-7.x-2.18 and drupal 7.41

This error appears maybe because of conflict js or problems from other modules using js (missing library, using some functions which jquery 1.7+ support only,...). If you do not use jpanelmenu as Colin, we need your site url to find reason.
where can i download it and how do i install it ?
Sorry but it seems like you misunderstood us. In Colin's case, using jpanelmenu caused error and we fixed for him. Jpanelmenu is a custom module but not contrib on drupal.org so it is no need to download it in your case. Please find reason why your mega slider does not work first. You could send us your site url, we would like to check for you.
I found what it is the error, the error is related to the version of jquedy update. The slider works anly when i use jquery version 1.5 if i change to any version up to 1.5 the slider does not work, but the Mega menu does not work or another module with this jquery update version

this solution works only for the md slider, but it does not work with md megamenu
