At the moment we only support stop background but no stop element when hovering. 

And about empty slider remain, we do not understand clearly, do you have some screenshots?

Does version 2.18 solves this issue? I think it is very annoying.

Sorry for your inconvenience. It is not an issue but a function that we do not support at the moment.

I think it is an issue instead, as while the background animation stops when the user hovers any slide, it does not happen the same for the text overlaying the slides. It's a very annoying behavior that also other users that have bought your module has described and asked for its solution several months ago now.

Can I ask you when do you expect to finally solve it?

Definitely we will update this function in the next version of mega slider. We need time to work on it and have a plan to realease a new version in November. Please wait for us :)
