Hello,
I have configured slider, in slider settings I have set Effect zone width 1900px and width 500 px. I have set slide delay as 500 milliseconds and slide's transition time as 300 milliseconds. I have selected effects in settings page of the slide but effect is not being applied. Could you please help in the above problem.

Hi,
We check your site and see the blank transition between slides
Not sure if you upload background images or add an image into the slide and make it background (this will cause the error)
