Ok, but this video does not tell me anything more. My solution was to replace the contact page of your item by a new page with a new form created with the webform module. Thus the Captcha is visible.
I have found finally the form id of your contact form "contact_site_form" and I activate the captcha for anonymous users but the captcha remains invisible on the page. It is on the page because i must validate to send the message, but it is invisible.
Therefore it is in order for me, I found an alternative solution.
