TheMentat and I have run into a problem with the Theme Settings not saving, so we cannot change them from the default values. I'm opening this thread so we can hopefully find a fix. Please feel free to contact me directly , my bio is at http://simplicit.me so hopefully we will get this fixed.

I checked your FTP credentials, and it's working. However, if your IP address has changed, you won't be able to get in. If your IP is not 183.81.80.25 please tell me and I will adjust the firewall accordingly. Thanks,
I have the same problem. I can not save any theme setting (in my host server). In my computer, there is not problem. I think that this is a security issue, but I can not find where.

What version of PHP are you running? It might be something silly like PHP configuration like max_input_vars I think.. gimme your configuration for PHP, cuz this is a likely suspect.
I understand why you might be skittish about letting them poke in your server, so consider configuring a subdomain that runs with a separate set of authentication from your primaries, and give them access to a specific FTP user whose privileges are restricted to that addition subdomain.

The point is there comes no error as you said with the version we sent you in the latest email when we test and check on our system. We did not blame for your system, we just try to figure out the reason why problems happen to your site and we thought that there were some difference between our systems. That's why we ask you for the accounts to check and fix that.
We also ask many other customers for credentials to fix problems and there no one complaining that we reveal their private information. We really want to fix this cause this issue may happens to others. If you can not give us the account or clone site (as Isaac said) we also cannot do anything more, may be wait for someone, who has the same problem but can give us the account to check and fix this.

I insist. There should be no problems. I've checked the forum for this issue and I am not disappointed unique. Others have gone through long processes. I do not want that and do not want to waste my time more.

We both know that there has never been any perfect theme so far. We always support customers if they have difficulties using our theme, not only for them but also for us to complete our product. Now, we are asking you for necessary information and we will fix immediatedly once we have those information.
About the money back, we do not provide refund in this case cause the theme is being sold on ThemeForest. Thus, please ask Envanto. It is not that we do not try to help you, it's just we are not given enough necessary information to fix the problem. You know that both of us can not fix anything with Drupal account only
