Fromt time to time, I can on my website, the images disappearing as following:
as you can see, the site is callign my images by adding the server IP instead of the full path and I think this is creating the issue I'm seeing now:
<img src="https://62.100.207.172/sites/default/files/EStarRegistry_Giftoliser_logo..." alt="magnum logo color" width="38" height="30" class="menu-logo">
the only workaround I foun is to clear the cache to get rid of the issue for any user. This not sustainable if I'm going live. The website should be all the time stable. Could you please help on this?

Hello, the issue still occurs sporadically. I wanted to know what did you do as change as it gets better but several customers gets the site without the images sometimes and this is hurting my sales. why I need to clear the cache to get this issue fixed. It is not sustainable for me as a solution. I need please your support. This should be my last request to close my issues.

Do you deloy directly in site or in another enviroment then upload to site? We check and see your image url is not https://www.estarregistry.com//sites/default/files/EStarRegistry_Giftoli... but https://62.100.207.172/sites/default/files/EStarRegistry_Giftoliser_Gift....
SSL certificates are bound to a 'common name', which is usually a fully qualified domain name but can be a wildcard name (eg. *.domain.com) or even an IP address, but it usually isn't so your image will not display.
Thanks for your answer. What I did is that I deployed the site from the developer local server. some images were chanegd recently and some other remained the same.
If I have well understood as I have switched to the HTTPS, the link desappears? to remediate to this issue, what should be done? Only reload the images to take into account the new website address?
Again, This issue looks to appear and desappear in very random way. I got a lot of bounce back after several compaigns because of these images desappearing.
Another question, why the website does not take into account dynamically the fact that the website link has changed?
