And almost i could translate all site to spanish but this two pages some elements i could not do it..

How i could do that? i have installed i18, variable, translation modules but those buttons could not... do you know if there is possible to change the text of those buttons in a template or something like that?

+ template.php (sites/all/themes/md_orenmode) -> find and translate strings: Update Cart, Proceed to checkout
+ /admin/structure/pages/edit/page-product_grid_sidebar => Find Administrative title and translate

Other strings, please download file .po here https://localize.drupal.org/download, Select drupal version 7.xx and set your own language and download. Then add the text you want to add in the file. Then go to /admin/config/regional/translate to translate
Just to add, please, where to delete Language selector => Please open file block--system--user-menu.tpl.php (/sites/all/themes/md_orenmode/template/blocks), search and remove the code
