Please try following instruction:
1. Copy link url of google font and paste it to Custom fonts section in Theme settings
2. Go to file CSS to call font name and apply to elements that you would like fonts display

Could you tell us which local font you would like to use? Please send us your FTP account and name of folder containing that font. We will help you change it.
