I applied Drupal 7.43 security updates and it broke the Edit fucntion of FullsScreen Slider.

Which version of MD Fullscreen Slider are you using? Is it the latest one 7.x-2.3?
Is there any message or warning when you edit the slider?
Yes. It is the latest version. When i try to edit i get 500 error like it cant find a file.
So could you send us your site url, admin account and FTP account by private comment? We would like to have a check in your site.
The site isnot live yet. You can replicate that by installing your boom theme and then apply security updates
