MegaDrupal has created and released 5 Drupal modules so far including: Mega Slider, MD Megamenu, MD Fullscreen Slider (not being sold), MD Portfolio and MD AWEContent
Once, you receive the notification to update any modules above, it's time for you to update the new modules, which have the bugs fixed or new features added.
Who can get the update?
- Customers who purchase our modules directly from Codecanyon or our website
- Customers who purchase any of our themes that comes bundled with our modules
Note: Customers, who purchase themes, which also include our modules but from other authors, will be not supported. In this case, please contact your theme provider for any support and update.
How to get the update?
- You can download directly the updated version from Codecanyon
- Go to your account page and download (Recommended: We usually update modules in our forum first)
How to update the new module version?
Backing Up
It is always a good idea to back up your module before making any changes
- Open your FTP program and FTP into your site and navigate to the sites/all/modules/ directory.
- Download the module folder and save it as a backup
Upgrading
- Download the new version of the module
- Browse to the module's zip file and extract that file
- Put your site to Maintenance mode (Go to Configuration then Maintenance mode. Make sure the "Put site into maintenance mode" box is checked and click Save configuration)
- Switch to your FTP program, FTP into your site and navigate to the sites/all/modules/ directory.
- Transfer the new module folder into the sites/all/modules/ directory on your server, overwrite the existing one.
- Run update.php script from your Drupal site.
Note: If you are running a local server, just copy and override the files.

- Issues related to 3rd party themes/modules
- Customization request
- Any ticket that contains abuse or violence
- Request from indirect purchase (our modules come as part or some other themes)
