  1. Customers who purchase our modules directly from Codecanyon or our website
  2. Customers who purchase any of our themes that comes bundled with our modules

Note: Customers, who purchase themes, which also include our modules but from other authors, will be not supported. In this case, please contact your theme provider for any support and update.

Backing Up

It is always a good idea to back up your module before making any changes

  • Open your FTP program and FTP into your site and navigate to the sites/all/modules/ directory.
  • Download the module folder and save it as a backup

  • Download the new version of the module
  • Browse to the module's zip file and extract that file
  • Put your site to Maintenance mode (Go to Configuration then Maintenance mode. Make sure the "Put site into maintenance mode" box is checked and click Save configuration)
  • Switch to your FTP program, FTP into your site and navigate to the sites/all/modules/ directory.
  • Transfer the new module folder into the sites/all/modules/ directory on your server, overwrite the existing one.
  • Run update.php script from your Drupal site.

Note: If you are running a local server, just copy and override the files.
