2 part issue:

1.  When I go into edit the Main Menu, sometimes a link will be added to the bottom of the menu list and the title of the link is either home or Work.  

2. I need one of the links in the Main Menu to open a URL in a new window.  I installed the module Menu attributes to achieve this.  It works fine for a regular menu.  However when menu attribute is set to New Window (_blank) on one of the links in MD Van Site: Main Menu it does not work. 

Please let me know how to fix these issues.  Thank you.
