Hi, i installed a flat structure theme to my test domain and i have this problem :

its server - hosting problem or it is on theme side? when i develop on my localhost ( wampserver ) all is nice and work..

Please re-install theme in site. Remember to install with profile but not manually.
Its fresh install, i nstalled yeastrday, and i installed with profile.

Standard version but problem is , i have ready 2 webside and i cant upload my data to hosting, i need only answer to my quastion whats wrong , when i installed not good or webhosting settings are not good...you dont help me when you install me the side....

please remove current Views module and replace with the new one.
i downloaded from drupal server a new module views old deleted, i downloaded a featured module too, after i deleted sql database and reinstalled theme with default settings. .....

Please make it more clearly. Which folders or parts would you like to save? And which folders or parts can we remove?
folder web ( ftp ) is a folder for drupal website. you can delete all files on this folder ( web )
So we can re-install from the scratch? Please make sure then we will do the work.
yes you can deleted all files inc database i have backups..

Also, please take a look at link: https://www.drupal.org/node/2066561#comment-8670299. Problem occured because of opcache in your server. We think you need to configure similar to that solution.
