For the seconde question, how edit the url without loose the link direction?

1. Change text:
Please
+ open file template.php, line 142 replace "You are here" with Your Text
+ line 146, replace $value with str_replace("Home","Your_Text_Here",$value)
+ Save
2. Edit url:
+ In page that you would like to change URL (for example: Home 2), click "EDIT"
+ In edit mode, please change URL in "URL path settings"

Yeah, It's good for the home page, but now, the header of the other page have Disappeared...

Please go to Structure -> Blocks, then you will see in the HEADER region there are 8 header styles. Homepage is using HEADER STYLE 2. Click on EDIT link and you can set which page each HEADER block will display in.
