I want to change the name of the menu link and the id of the section. For example in the menu I have the link portfolio with #our-work, change the title to Products and link to #products. Now as change the id of the section #our-work to #products?

You should try this way:
1. Go to md_springspray/template/panes, open file panels-pane--block--views-portfolio-block.tpl.php
edit id="our-work" to whatever you want.
2. Go to Structure -> Menu -> Main Menu -> Portfolio, then edit #our-work
