Hi there, on the news page when I hover over a panel, I get a broken image icon instead of the background turning gray.

I imagine it can't find the hover image. When I do a view source, the image that it seems to be looking for is:

http://example.com/sites/default/files/styles/blog_thumbnail/public?itok...

When I try and visit the URL directly I get a drupal error saying access deinied.

Can you please tell me how to rectify this?
