A lot of the stuff is plain hard coded. In the interest of making this simple, can you please tell me how to do the following as I don't want to start grepping pages and figuring this out - this is the whole reason I bought a template.

1. How do I change those 3 icons on the About Us v1 panel on the homepage? I don't want the diamond, flag, etc.

2. On the Gallery in the footer, I don't want the links on the gallery to point to the actual image (it negates the whole point of having a portfolio). Instead, I want it to go to the portfolio, i.e., homepage#our-work.
