panels problem

hi there,

second, i have found where i can edit the titles above # about section etc, but i want to edit the pages/ edit / homepage/ content / edit, but the opened page keeps blank ... no info on that !

how to fix that ?

seems to be an issue on rupal.org at: https://www.drupal.org/node/1377756

any solution ?
