Next problem I'm having is that I've uploaded an mp4 file, h.264, high profile, l4.0... and it uploaded fine.  But it won't playback.  The (multimedia?) module appears to be loading the youtube player, which then throws an error.  (it is almost certainly a youtube player because the error detail link leads to youtube.com).

It is also not generating a thumbnail.  The video file seems fine (I'm a video engineer and had a good look at it.)

Please advise.
