Trying to add a calendar block via Page Builder and getting a huge offset at the top of the block. I tried both up to date version from drupal.org and the one i know works for sure from one of my other sites.

I see you guys fixed it. Was it something with the Phoenix theme or Calendar module itself?
When you added calendar block , there was one more unnecessary div html. That div had css so your calendar displayed on site with a hug offset on top as you mentioned.
You can use inspec element of browser to take a look.
