2 columns list menu

Is there a way to have a two column list with one menu header?

For Example

-MENU ITEM

- SubMenu Item One Header (1st Column)

- Item 1

- Item 2

...

- SubMenu Item Two Header (2nd Column)

-(too many Items, That I want to break in 2 columns under this Header)
