Low speed in PageSpeed Insights

Hello,

is there any configuration that i could do to my template files in order to achive higher speed in Google's PageSpeed Insights? When I am testing the site, I receive a message to "Remove Render-Blocking Javascript" and "Optimize CSS Delivery"...

Hi,

Please use drupal cache and compress CSS, JS files in admin/config/development/performance.
