Adding new region in orenmode

Hi ,I am trying to add a new region in my theme. I am following the article present at http://megadrupal.com/blog/add-new-regions-in-drupal-7-themes

But there is no file for "md_orenmode/template/page.tpl.php" present in the provided theme.


Please advise
