I'm trying to create a new subtheme of Megatron. I used Megatron Hospital as a template for the subtheme.
When I use the new subtheme, a big block of unwanted junk appears at the top of all pages, I'm not sure what is causing this or how to fix. The subtheme structure is very simple so it is puzzling. Here's a screenshot... the "junk" area has been highlighted in a red box. Any suggestions how to fix this?
The first block is from a block that is disabled... I removed the block (deleted it) from Drupal but after doing this, the block content still renders on the page if I use a Megatron theme which is not one of the themes that came with the demo site.

Theme megatron_hospital is a subtheme of md_megatron. So, you cannnot create subtheme of megatron_hospital
You just can create another subtheme of md_megatron.
About the block at homepage, please check if you disable it yet?
These blocks are disabled, but they are being rendered anyways. Please advise.
