I canot change the logo in the header - Can change the text, but not the image.
Home>Administration>structure>Block layout (block 23). How can I upload my logo to be used? I looked in the themes to upload and I dont have this option.

Where do you want me to send that info? It also seems that there is no real documenation. If this is an oversight on my part, please point me in the right direction.
