Is it possible to link icons on the home page (4 side navigation) to basic page within drupal. For example i would like to link the top icon to a basic page where i would use the grid layout for the content.

Please go to admin/appearance/settings/md_mdst > 4-Sides Navigation > "Navigate to", set link in custom page and Top Navigate Custom Page.
