I am trying to add a background image to my website but when i select custom as below, nothing appear, what should i enabled to get rid of this issue?
Also, i would like to add a background image to #page-wrapper? How can I do so? Was trying in style.csss but it's not working.... Thanks for your help.

You can add background to #page-wrapper in custom CSS:
- Go to MD Visual settings: admin/appearance/settings/md_visual
- Click "Theme specific settings" and insert your custom CSS into "Custom CSS" form
