Mobile pages are displayed incorrectly

I hope that the support is still alive here. The mobile version is displayed correctly only via wlan. About mobile radio it looks like in the screenshot from ..

then it probably seems to be problems with my mobile browser. the url shows me the page as without css. thanks for the quick reply.
