MD Max is not loading

MD Max is not loading

I have installed Drupal 7.12 and the default template work well.

When I have loaded the MD Max theme md_max-7.x-2.0_0

and see the result, http://www.potentiel-asso.org/

the theme is still loading.

What to do as I don't have error message
