I can't find a way of having the text sliding over the background to be translatable.
How can I achieve that???

I've tried that and it doesn't work as I receive a field with transation of title only in the given destination. There is no body to be translated.

...to show it more precisly, the following text in the body needs to be in 4 languages...

1 more thing I've figured out.
There is no problem with having the body being translated while creating a new block. In this particular case (MD Max Your Way), while configuring I can not have the body in different languages (as there is simply no such field to put the text to).

- go to admin/structure/block/add - add new block (example: admin/structure/block/manage/block/4/configure)
- go to admin/structure/pages/nojs/operation/page-home/handlers/page_home_panel_context/content > Add new block to panel to Add block
- Setting pane
+ css properties:
+ Add visibility rule -> user language -> Check language
- Save
exmaple: block your way France
