I have expanded portfolio section to accommodate needs for more items. 

As a result, when in the blog/news section and clicking link to contact, it stop too high up, i.e. it dos not show the contact form but the above panel.

Where can I change code to make the link stop at the contact form? 

The problem only occurs when going from blog to contact. Clicking contact in menu while on the main page works as it should.
