Getting this error on my site when trying to checkout.

Notice: Undefined index: line_items in mdm_site_commerce_cart_form_validation() (line 167 of /var/www/html/********/sites/all/modules/custom/mdm_site/mdm_site.module).
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in mdm_site_commerce_cart_form_validation() (line 167 of /var/www/html/********/sites/all/modules/custom/mdm_site/mdm_site.module).
