tss_tcolor error on 7x 2.3

Any suggestions? 

Undefined variable: tss_tcolor in md_bonv_preprocess_html() (line 233 of ../../html/csa/sites/all/themes/md_bonv/inc/template.process.inc).

Please edit md_bonv/inc/template.process.inc, at line 230 and 233: remove . before = (so .= will be =)

Or you can just replace attached file
