update modules ( wrong version)

Hi,

i want update this module

Md megamenu ( i have version 7.x-1.18)

but i have available in my acount

MD MegaMenu

md_megamenu-8.x-1.4.zip

it is possible to provide version 7? My drupal is in version 7 , not 8
