I use large background images in some sections. The only option is to upload the image. Is there any way to use a url to an image instead?
I have a offsite image service, able to serve large images extremely fast - it would speed up my MD Make site very much if i was able to use it.

There is no option to embed external url for background image.
You can resize/crop your images
Where in the database is this data stored? I could replace the url directly in the db table.
When you install drupal, you have to name your database
And you can acess your phpmyadmin to edit database
I wanted to know what table name contains this data? :) I know how to edit the database.
We do not know exactly which table but just try to check the ones with text image
