problems with chrome

when i open

i have different behavior when open this page in IE and chrome. in chrome the view is not displayed.

this problem happends sometimes...When it happens,i clean cache, and the page still NOT appears.

so when this happens, i open the page in IE, and is OK.

What can lead to this behavior? Do you have any ideas?

Cache css, js has errors that often causes this problem. You can plase enable dev tool to check if there is any missing file or js or anything else when loading.
