May I know why the websites so choppy when displaying in Internet Explorer.
I have found that sites\all\themes\md_make\js\application.js is causing the problem but I have no idea how to fix it.

We check and can see function css border-radius cause scrolling problem:
you can please find these functions in homepage and remove them if possible
