Our developer just finished all works. Check your site please.
Problem occured because you add a form search html in file md-megamenu.tpl.php in your subtheme when this form search html has no action to run and we deleted it then added js fix in file script.js in subtheme.

the site is working fine now. except the search in mobile - we have added a search form html inside md-megamenu.tpl.php to make responsive search as in mobile we need to click on search icon and then search text box should appear. as the code has been removed from md-megamenu.tpl.php the jquery is not working for the same.
