In megameu, how do I put a letter "+" on menu title? For example, I'd like a menu to be displayed like "FAT +".

Just add your title as other usual titles. On our site, we can add title which contains "+" normally.
when i added "FAT+" as title, it is displayed as "FAT" after saving it.
just a comment. i put that title under link title menu.
As we can see at below images, we can add normally:
