MD megamenu error

Hello,

I try to edit megamenu and we click Save button I got error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method stdClass::save() in /***/public_html/control4-installers.co.uk/sites/all/modules/custom/md_megamenu/includes/md_megamenu.admin.inc on line 1224

UPD:

This bug is only when I delete main tabs (blog,elements...) and save after
