Hi,
You could create a new page then insert video for that page. There is 2 ways to insert video:
- Use module media
- Embed video from youtube, vimeo,... (remember in "Body", edit/ change from "Text format" to "Full HTML" first).
After creating new page, please go to /admin/config/system/site-information, you can change default homepage there.
