Trying to edit the fields in the header section in Appearance> Keeps resetting to default Hello! text. I have the site working with Drupal Commerce all but in a development phase.

You can configure Default " Hello! " text by going to Appearance -> Design Tab -> Header -> Header Video Background -> Content Style 1 ->

I did that but when the caches are cleared it resets the text to the original
