You can please try to add following CSS code:

.backslider .bs-slides img, .backslider .bs-slides .bs-landscape {
width: 100%;
height: 100%;
}

You can please add it to file CSS of theme or form in theme settings (we added already).

Many thanks for your help. Actually, the image get distorted. Could you please remind me which size should I use for the front page?

Also I see that the CSS change has impacted one slideshow:

it is better indeed. However the image does not resize for mobile phones. Could you please check that. This should close the issue after fixing it

Let's make things clear. About background of section, An image is used with all screen resolutions so there will be 2 options that you can choose:
+ Section displays full image: image is scaled following section size and it gets distorted (problem above)
+ Image is not scaled: background image always displays fully and centered. However, it will not display fully with small screens like mobile.
