I was just wondering why you were hiding the 3rd level main menu links with some JS?
I need this available for my site, could you please advise me on a fix for this?

The reason why the 3rd level main menu links does not display is bootstrap libraries does not support
You can follow one out two following method:
1. Open file main.css (md_leaders/css/main.css), go to line 1454, in .sf-menu ul { .... } you add the code:
overflow: initial !important;
2. You can update bootstrap to version 2.3
