Theme settings media_browser_js() error

Hi,

I get this error Error: Call to undefined function media_browser_js() in require_once() (line 16 of sites/all/themes/md_leaders/theme-settings.php).

when accessing the theme settings page.

All modules are up to date and Drupal 7 is last version.

How can I solve this problem?
