Add an item to the Block below the slider ?

Hi ! I am trying to customize this block in my own Leader site :

Problem is : I would like to add a new item, how could I create this item and add it to the 3 items by default ?

Hi,

You can add new items by go to Add content > Add Service Feature

Then you have to go to Views to change the display number (/admin/structure/views/view/leaders_service/edit)
