Settings page wont load due to Fatal Error

Hello, 

I have installed the Hosoren theme but cannot access the theme settings due to a Fatal Error:

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/devtest/public_html/sites/all/themes/md_hosoren/theme_setting/admin/utilities.inc' (include_path='.:/opt/alt/php53/usr/share/pear:/opt/alt/php53/usr/share/php') in/home/devtest/public_html/sites/all/themes/md_hosoren/theme-settings.php on line 11

Any help, very much apprechiated.

Hi,

Please check your file and grant permission for folder theme.

Thanks Cindy, 

I've had a look at the permissions but I cannot see anything out of place. 

Any other ideas?

Not to worry. 

The folder I was uploading didnt have all the files in it. Bit of a confusing folder structure! 
Found another folder in the download that had the complete theme.
