Hi there,
1. Put your print.css file into sites\all\themes\md_hillter\css\front\lib
2. Open html.preprocess.inc file(sites\all\themes\md_hillter\inc\front) and add a code line
drupal_add_css("{$path_theme}/css/front/lib/print.css");
below
