Notice: Undefined index: #type in md_themesetting_form_element_label()

When I view our our webform from the admin side I'm seeing the following error:

Home>Contact>Webform results

Notice: Undefined index: #type in md_themesetting_form_element_label() (line 315 of /var/www/html/sites/all/modules/custom/md_themesetting/md_themesetting.module).
