I write in this thread because I can't find thread for FlawlesHotel theme.
I installed theme profile and CleanURLS don't work. Strange because clean Drupal instalation works perfectly.
How fix it?

Next time you can go to http://megadrupal.com/forum/theme-support/flawleshotel for flawleshotel theme.
You should go to ?q=admin/config/search/clean-urls to disable "clean url" of Drupal. You can also check if your host supports "clean url" or not.

Yes, my host support clean urls because i have many sites with Drupal and all have enable clean url.
So,
Which does your server use? If Apache is in use, please check if there is file .htaccess in root folder site.
If there is not, try to copy one of your site and see how it runs.
Our customers as well as us are ok to use "clean url". Until now, only you have problem with it.
