Extracted all modules to sites/all/modules
Extracted Ethereal theme to sites/all/themes
Administration Set Default Theme [BEFORE ACTIVATING MODULES]
Now all I get is a spinning disc and no access to admin
Only used manual install as Auto Install using profile does NOT work.
Any ideas how to access control panel to enable modules?

All good Cindy, I just reinstalled Drupal, Installed modules and activated all. Then installed the Theme and activated the Theme. On Manual install it just hangs if you don;t enable all Modules BEFORE activating theme. Lesson learned. Andy
